Great article, Doug! So often we forget that online business is still a “people” business and we need to interact with them as if in a social setting because people buy from people they like.

This is especially so when people are looking at paying for holiday accommodation and they’ve been saving all year for a great vacation. They want to feel secure that they are going to get value for money.
