With so many projects going, growing and morphing, I’m having many conversations via email that are turning into multiple threads – and now some of the details are falling through the cracks between emails.

Today I installed a Help Desk where clients may now find it easy to track and manage our current work-flow.

Now, when a big, important or really good question trouble crops up, I may be asking you to please submit a ticket. When you are requesting a website update, the Help Desk will be used as a Work Order Center, and I’ll be asking you to submit a ticket so we can track all work.

Some trouble tickets do not include billable work, while other trouble tickets will require custom work – all costs are estimated in advance and you must approve paid work in writing. There is no cost for questions!
