Some RSS Feeds Are Better Than Others

by Doug on February 19, 2008

I’ve been off on a bit of a tangent in my work and research this past week or so. The Tourism Keys Seminar emphasized the power of utilizing RSS Feeds to provide relivant content for your website visitors.

Tourism Operators can benefit and deepen your relationship with your guests by providing them a way to add content to your site.

This sent me off searching for a way to aggrigate any number of RSS feeds. I found a few good Server-side PHP RSS Feed management scripts that were open source, and regularily being updated and improved.

While testing out one RSS Feed manager, I pulled my feed, of course, then Micheal Campbell’s, then Todd Lucier’s RSS Feed – and then it occured to me that I could collect the RSS Feeds from all the famous Internet Marketing teachers!

This journey brought me to the working Blogs for several Internet Marketers, it brought me to collections of articles they have each posted (uncovering several great places to publish), and this journey brought me to see each of their RSS Feeds in action.

This RSS Feed is the best because it includes social bookmarking for each post within the RSS Feed!

…And I’m collecting a bunch of their Internet Marketing .mp3′s for my iPod… :-)
